Provenance. PRIDE PXD001283 — the AP-SMALDI mouse urinary-bladder reference (Römpp et al. 2010, Angew. Chem.); the Zenodo 10084132 MSI test suite (DESI colorectal adenoma · LA-ESI Arabidopsis leaf · AP-SMALDI bladder · LTP chilli); Zenodo 18187395 — glioblastoma MALDI phenomics, the multi-optical case (H&E whole-slide + bright-field per section); and the ms-imaging.org Example 1 3×3-pixel pairs (Schramm et al. 2012). All are openly licensed public deposits.
